Regulation M - How Disclosures Are Made

• Most of the required disclosures must be segregated from the rest of the lease. Interestingly, the new regulation eliminated a previous requirement that they also be printed in the equivalent of 10-point or larger type or legibly handwritten.
• Disclosures must be given to consumers all at the same time and before the lease is executed.
